The place was clean and popular, it had extremely friendly and reasonably good staff on reception desk. Got king room on the lower floors as expected, enjoyed it. The breakfast was gorgeous on chips, I tried brilliant milk and hot chocolate.

Great and lovely location with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Gorgeous, fantastic breakfasts with fried eggs pancakes, chips and toast.

Fairly nice retreat, I did not want to leave.

The service was great and the food was outstanding. The room was decent sized and well laid out, I liked that it was complete with balcony. Got a great breakfast included.

Clean and superior place, excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Well-kept area, very central location right by a well designed restaurant, the promenade & bars & cafes, and the beach and close to the lovely town. Selection of burgers and pizza at the outdoor bar.

The overall features were really good. The room was air-conditioned & extremely pleasant, came with a nice large bathroom and amazing views plus tea. Enjoyed my stay here and strongly recommend this hotel.

Suitable accommodation for holidays. Gorgeous and clean place, lovely view of the sea. Fantastic location in the excellent area, so close to the public areas, the local bars, and prettier bars.

It boasts a great and lovely location; not far from Benidorm far from the ruff stag/hen hotels around, and bars and places. Besides, we truly enjoyed the lake, located within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the family room on higher floors. This hotel offers gorgeous breakfasts with omelettes, fried eggs pancakes plus the good food. The location is in a fantastic and wonderful spot very near to the Promenade.

I had a fantastic stay at the Port hotel in Benidorm. The value for my money was excellent and the room was beautiful. The location was ideal, right in the heart of all the action, with stunning sea views. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could have been improved by offering more variety of options.

The hotel's position was marvellous and fab, near Lavente beach, shops and the beach and all main areas. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was big.

I came here for 5 nights and had a really nice stay. Tried exceptional cereals and chocolate. The staff were accommodating and amiable in case of questions. The pool was excellent and I had cool drinks in the main bar. Plus, I was able to park the car on-site.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

I would totally recommend this hotel and would definitely return. The venue is clean and spacious. The views are perfect, with a marvelous location near the beach in a lovely and quiet area. There is a shop nearby and the hotel is conveniently located near the centre where you can find Morgan's tav and the red lion. The building is modern and very clean, while the rooms are neat and nicely styled.

The breakfast was incredible with omelettes, fried eggs plus toast, and the restaurant was excellant. Loved stunning double room with fresh towels, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Nice design and bright and amazing room. Unbeatable location in Levante Beach district short walk to Benidorm, and aqualandia. Also, near the beach.
